Dr Kwok Ki
BChD (Bachelor of Dental Surgery), Master of Science in Orthodontics (M.Sc Ortho)
Dr Kwok Ki has joined the Ethos team after working over 20 years as an orthodontist in both public and private orthodontic clinics around Queensland. He is passionate about creating smiles for those in need.
After graduating in dentistry in New Zealand, Dr Kwok Ki began his career in Central Queensland. As a Senior Dentist with the school dental service, he saw how malocclusion could affect young patients’ self-esteem and ability to eat. This inspired him to study orthodontics at the University of Queensland. After completing his orthodontic training in 2005, Dr Kwok Ki spent many years as the sole orthodontist at several hospitals, including Nambour, Caloundra, Gympie, and Rockhampton. He is now one of the longest-serving orthodontists still working in the public system.
Outside work, Dr Kwok Ki can often be found travelling the world, enjoying local food and culture while pursuing his passion for photography. Or you might find him at home testing out recipes.
