You can eat most things with Incognito, but you should avoid hard sticky sweets like toffees. You will need to cut up some foods, like apples, raw carrots and crusty rolls, and try to avoid gnawing meat on the bone or corn on the cob. Your ethos orthodontist will be happy to give you full instructions.
